    Sure, just be a bit careful and don’t remove too much or connect it with a normal road, rail or whatever. It’s possible it will conflict.

    NAM = Network Addon Mod. You can download it via Simtropolis or Sc4devotion. Registering should only take a few minutes. Please watch my video ‘how to use the NAM’ and/or ‘How to use downloads/plugins’ for more info. I hope they’ll help.

    not really, it’s stuff that should have been included in the game but wasn’t. So some developers and gamers added it over time. Technically it is a mod, but in actuality, it makes the game much more realistic.

    Like it says at 1:05, you could do that in the parts without roads, but I think you can download some stations for this. However, I’m not sure (I must admit I barely use this myself).

    You can do that by placing your own music in the Music subfolder (in my case it’s in SimCity 4 folder, then Radio - Stations - Mayor - finally the Music sub-sub-subfolder.)
